I agree with the reviewer below. My regular carrier is great, however whoever delivers the packages sucks! I too have been home, in an apartment 5 feet away from my front door (which was standing open) and find a "sorry we missed you" notice on my door. This has happened not once, not twice, but three times! I also receive tracking notices saying my package has been delivered but no package. Today is the second time I'm dealing with that situation
My regular mail carrier is the best BUT the guy who drives the Priority & Express mail truck sucks. The male driver drops items in the driveway, not near the door where anyone could pick it up.
Hard
It's pouring rain outside, I'm home, and instead of knocking on my door, the mail carrier threw my package on my front steps and took off. My package was soaked. I wanted to give zero stars, but in order for me to post this, I had to fill in the stars. This postal carrier deserves negative stars.
Working people
I was waiting for an important package this morning, no one rang the doorbell as I am sitting right here in my office in the basement where I am close to the front door yet I find a "sorry I missed you " card in my mail box. I called the post office to be told the carrier is still in the complex, go look for the carrier. Wow, what service! Horrible
The man who was working the counter when I went there this morning was so incredibly kind and helpful. He helped me with every step of shipping several packages and helped search for the best options for me. He actually cared to assist and cover my needs. He also knew his stuff!! I didn't get his name but I will be going back to him for all of my shipments!
