I bought my car in September 2016 and it is a 2017 Toyota Sienna. I have had 3 oil changes already because of the high amount of mileage. I brought my car to Posh and the manager, who was courteous, could not perform an oil change on the van. He said his computer system does not have the specs uploaded into his computer for 2017 models. I feel it is ridiculous that a car purchased over six months ago cannot get a simple oil change. I work 80hrs a week and I am overdue to get a change for over 1000 miles now. This was strictly an act of convenience. Now I know never to bother with this company again. I hope the owner has the temerity to respond to this review and explain why his business doesn't have updated specs for vehicles.
I gave it another try and used pre-caution not to leave my valuables but this time they stole my change. I purposely kept few quarters just to check on this stealing and guess what, after the car wash.. its gone.
Oh I would love to share my experience. Well, first of all, most of the workers there are Mexican men. There's nothing wrong with that except when they are rude and have no manners. They are very impolite and the ones drying your car look at you like they want to eat you up alive. They are a bunch of perverts. I do NOT recommend this place if you are a woman.
Stealing is going on. It happened to me twice. First time I thought it could be a bad day for me or for a staff member and it was good chunk of money got stolen from my cars glove box.
Great experience considering that another local wash does not know how to treat women.
